For the second time, Tiger Woods will go back on the personal pledge he made following the embarrassing fallout from his various infidelities. RadarOnline.com has learned that the golfer will miss his son Charlie’s birthday despite promising to never miss another one of his children’s birthdays. In June, he missed his daughter Sam’s third birthday since he was playing in the U.S. Open. At the time, a source told RadarOnline.com that Tiger did not make arrangements for Sam to join him in California. “It never happened. Instead, Elin had a birthday party for her at the house in Florida.” Next, he will miss Charlie turning two on February 8 since he will be golfing at a tournament in Dubai from February 7-13. — Radar Online

The blonde beauty plans to take their children to London to visit her twin sister, and then to Sweden to spend time with her family – and Tiger isn’t invited. “Elin negotiated a deal with Tiger to let him have the kids over Thanksgiving, but only if she could have them for Christmas,” a source close to the couple told The Enquirer. “They argued over it, but in the end, Elin got her way.” — National Enquirer

Porn star claims Tiger Woods paid her off, pulls sex tape off market

The porn star selling a purported sex tape of herself with Tiger Woods claims the golf superstar paid her off not to release it, and so she’s closing a Web site that has been accepting orders for weeks, RadarOnline.com has learned exclusively. Devon James claimed she recorded a sexual encounter with Woods and has been accepting MasterCard, Visa and Paypal on her Web site, where the tape was listed for $19.99. The Web site said the tape was shipping to buyers on December 1. Several people who ordered the tape told RadarOnline.com that they never received it and had not heard anything about it. Late Tuesday, we contacted Devon’s husband Nick Janette and he told us that the couple was paid off by Tiger and the tape would not be released. “Our settlement is done so we’re not releasing a tape,” Nick told RadarOnline.com. He claimed that the couple would have the settlement money by the end of the week. But RadarOnline.com learned from sources close to the situation that there is no settlement, and there NEVER was talk of a settlement. — Radar Online

Tiger Woods kids folk-dance around huge Xmas tree singing carols in Swedish

Golfer Tiger Woods‘ ex-wife stunned about 500 South Floridians of Swedish background over the weekend when she materialized with her children at Boca Raton’s First United Methodist Church for the feast of St. Lucia, a celebration of the winter solstice. I’m told by a spywitness who attends the yearly wingding that the Elin Nordegren who showed up Saturday was shockingly different from last year’s. “A year ago, she snuck in and snuck out by herself, without the kids,” said the source, who asked not to be identified. “She looked drab and drawn.” Physically and mentally, Nordegren is now beyond the sorry episode and its aftermaths as the former No. 1 golfer in the world can’t stop losing.  “This time, she looked really hot,” the source said. “Her hair’s a little darker than it used to be, but she looked relaxed and refreshed. She talked about going to see her pregnant sister in Sweden for Christmas.” Nordegren and her children with Woods, 3-year-old Sam and 18-month-old Charlie, formed a circle with other guests and folk-danced around the huge Christmas tree and sang carols in Swedish. “She’s obviously teaching the children her language,” the source said. “She constantly gives them these little commands in Swedish. Even if the kids don’t look anything like northern European people, she wants them to be a part of the community.” — Palm Beach Post

Tiger Woods says family will play biggest role in 2011 scheduling

Tiger Woods said he’ll look at his commitments to his children before deciding which U.S. PGA Golf tournaments to play in 2011 other than the four major championships. Woods said PGA Commissioner Tim Finchem has asked him to play more events during the 2011 season as the world’s top golf circuit nears the end of its television contracts. While Woods went winless this season for the first time in 14 years as a professional, his efforts to win won’t override his desire to be with his two children as he adjusts to life as a single father. Woods and Elin Nordegren share custody following their divorce. “There are a lot of things that we’re trying to adapt to, our new living conditions,” Woods said during a news conference yesterday at Sherwood Country Club in Thousand Oaks, California, site of this week’s Chevron World Challenge. “That’s most important. We’re trying to figure all that out, and then obviously I still want to play golf at a high level and win golf tournaments. It’s about getting a balance and trying to find what the right balance is going forward.” — Bloomberg

NBC takes Tiger Woods to prime time drama

Tiger Woods may want to skip this week’s episode of “Law & Order: Los Angeles.” The plot on Wednesday’s show includes a philandering golf star and his club-wielding wife. When police arrive, the bleeding athlete says his spouse was merely attempting to rescue him – in this case, from their swimming pool rather than a wrecked car. After Woods’ November 2009 car crash, he acknowledged a string of infidelities and his marriage to Elin Nordegren unraveled. The NBC crime drama goes in a very different direction, with detectives investigating the murder of a female golf pro. — NBC Sports

Sponsor tells Tiger Woods he better win some golf tournaments

Electronic Arts Inc has no immediate plans to drop Tiger Woods as the pitchman for its golf video games, but the world’s former top golfer needs to get some wins under his belt, the video game publisher’s top executive said on Monday. About a year ago, Woods was involved in an early morning auto accident that led to revelations about marital infidelities, the loss of up to $35 million in annual sponsorship revenue and divorce from his wife. Since then, Woods has not won a tournament and has lost his ranking as the world’s No. 1 pro golfer, but EA has declined to abandon him. It even has plans to introduce a 2012 version of its Tiger Woods console video game next year, but EA Chief Executive John Riccitiello said Woods needs to end his losing streak. “This is no threat against Tiger,” Ricitiello said at the Reuters Global Media Summit in New York. “We’re with him because he has the promise of being the world’s best golfer. “We have no plans to move away from him, but it’s a business relationship on the basis of we make the best golf game and he’s the best golfer,” he added. “Both of those things need to be true in the long run for the partnership to make sense.”Reuters

Tiger Woods could pull event from Sin City

One year after Tiger Woods’ stunning fall from grace, a yet-unanswered question is whether he plans to keep his charity foundation’s largest fundraiser, Tiger Jam, in Las Vegas. It’s another tough call for Woods, who canceled the event last April in the wake of his infidelity scandal. Numerous Las Vegas charities that benefited from Tiger Jam could use the help in these difficult economic times. But would his public relations team, which has been working overtime to rebuild his image, want the headlines that would come with Woods returning to his favorite playground? A top Las Vegas public relations executive says, “Don’t cancel.” “If he is who he says he is, the foundation should come before the scrutiny,” said Dave Kirvin, a partner in Kirvin Doak Communications. “He should raise millions for his foundation and then get on a plane and get out of town,” Kirvin said. Don’t give the tabloids ammunition, he said. — Las Vegas Review-Journal (Norm Clarke)

Tiger Woods ex-wife drops bombshell

In a furious confrontation, Tiger Woods’ anguished ex-wife Elin delivered a devastating blow to the superstar athlete after he tried to worm his way back into her life – she wants to have another baby! Although the ink is hardly dry on their divorce papers, Elin is already looking ahead to beginning a new expanded family, says an insider. “And Tiger is crushed that she is moving on so soon.” Elin’s pregnancy shocker ignited Tigers’ worst fears that another man could replace him in his kids’ hearts. His “family life” has dwindled to going to Elin’s house to pick up or drop off his daughter Sam, 3, and son Charlie, nearly 2, for a weekend visitation. — National Enquirer

Tiger Woods gets $595k tax bill on bachelor pad

Tiger Woods can spend the two-week break between his fourth-place finish in the Australian Masters and the 18-player Chevron World Challenge brushing up on his game and putting to his heart’s content outside his new $US50 million singles pad on Jupiter Island, Florida. For a bit of variety, he can do laps in one of his pools or relax in the oxygen therapy room in the personal gym. The lush island town has stamped the paperwork as completed on the nearly 283 cubic metre, two-storey home at the south end of the town, which means that – if Woods hasn’t already done so – he can now move in. “It’s a private residence,” town manager Gene Rauth said. Woods’s property received a tax bill for $595,797, up more than $130,000 from what he paid a year ago. He purchased the land in three deals worth $44.5 million during 2006 and 2007. — The Sydney Morning Herald

PGA Tour needs Tiger Woods to pump TV ratings

Few people are pulling for Tiger Woods to bounce back in 2011 more than PGA Tour commissioner Tim Finchem. Finchem has overseen a period of unprecedented prosperity because of Woods and saw the Tour suffer big time when his cash cow crashed and burned in 2010. With the Tour’s TV contract due in 2012, Finchem is banking on Woods to return to form and play more events in 2011. In fact, Golf World’s Ron Sirak reports this week, “Finchem is under pressure to improve ratings before the Masters and is reaching out to Tiger Woods to play more than he normally does in the first quarter of the year.” Sirak notes Woods plays a handful events prior to the majors – Torrey Pines, WGC-Accenture Match Play, Doral and Bay Hill – but Finchem hopes he’d add another one to the mix. — Palm Beach Post

Tiger Woods still has 40% unfavorable rating

Tiger Woods may reverse the slide in his approval rating with a return to winning ways, the Seton Hall poll said. Woods has a 40 percent unfavorable rating a year after his personal and professional life began to unravel, the survey found. While Woods has a 39 percent approval rating — compared with 45 percent for his rival Phil Mickelson — Indianapolis Colts quarterback Peyton Manning drew a 65 percent favorable score, the poll said. Others with high approval include New York Yankees shortstop Derek Jeter, who got a 50 percent favorable rating from the 770 Americans polled, and Kobe Bryant of the Los Angeles Lakers, at 49 percent. Minnesota Vikings quarterback Brett Favre polled at 49 percent, while LeBron James of the Miami Heat came in at 40 percent. Tiger Woods blames golf for affairs

A weepy Tiger Woods blames golf for making him feel invincible and leading him to cheat on Elin Nordegren. “Golf is a self-centered game,” Woods writes in Newsweek. “That self-reliance made me think I could tackle the world by myself.” He adds, “The physical pain from that car accident has long healed. But the pain in my soul is more complex and unsettling.” Of his alleged mistresses, he writes, “Opportunists are trying still to cash in on my troubles, no matter how irresponsible or ridiculous their claims may be.” He lightened, though, up for his first-ever tweet yesterday, gushing to fans: “Thanks for all the love.” — NY Post

Tiger Woods builds his own golf course in backyard

Golfer Tiger Woods won’t even have to join the ultra-exclusive Jupiter Island Country Club to work on his short game! Woods has built himself four greens with sand traps on the Jupiter Island property where he just moved. Woods will have hard time practicing in the summer. His personal course is cut off from the ocean breeze with a thick vegetation buffer that was actually mandated by the Town of Jupiter Island. Woods bought 12 acres for a Martin County record $44.5 million in 2006-07, tore down the four existing houses and built what was supposed to become his family’s home. Woods’ 9,700-square-foot building, which has been compared to a Motel 6, is equally divided between living quarters and a gym with its own oxygen chamber. — Palm Beach Post

PGA star Tiger Woods is weighing up sponsorship offers from Chinese companies to make up for a series of sponsor dropouts following his marital infidelity scandal. Tiger Woods sex tape porn star files for bankruptcy

It looks like Tiger Woods has one less problem to worry about. The Florida porn star selling a sex tape — that she claimed featured her with the golfing great — has filed for bankruptcy, RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned. The filing is particularly noteworthy because Devon James and her husband Nick claimed to RadarOnline.com that they had been paid more than $300,000 for the sale of the sex tape. But the bankruptcy papers they filed under penalty of perjury directly contradict that claim, with the couple listing assets at zero to $50,000. There is also no sign of the sex tape payment in the papers, which includes a complete listing of assets. The brazen couple has a Web site that is currently active and accepting orders for the sale of the Tiger sex tape. But a close examination of the bankruptcy papers obtained exclusively by RadarOnline.com, shows that the couple does not have any assets from an outside company. (Even if James accepted payment by setting up her own corporation she would have to list it on the papers.) James – aka Melina Jannette – and her husband Nick filed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy protection in Florida on October 20. The documents show that Nick and Devon, who falsely claimed Tiger was the father of her love child is $231,124.01 in debt. — Radar Online

A new national media study among 1,166 Americans revealed that the majority of respondents indicated that Michael Jackson’s death and Tiger Wood’s affair is still receiving too much media coverage in comparison to other events such as the oil spill in the Gulf, Farrah Fawcett’s death and Gary Coleman’s death, the ground zero Mosque/community Center, and the trapped miners in Chile. The study was conducted by HCD Research and reported on their MediaCurves.com website during October 19-22, to obtain Americans’ perceptions of recent and past media events, with regard to the amount of media coverage they are receiving. While the majority of respondents (63%) reported that Michael Jackson’s death is receiving too much media coverage, an even larger majority (82%) reported that the Tiger Woods affair is getting too much attention. Other topics like the oil spill in the gulf and the trapped miners in Chile have reported lower levels of coverage accounting for 17% and 14% respectively believing there was too much coverage of the event. — Media Curves

Jolie, who charged up to $15,000 a night for sex, alleges the sports star only remained married to protect his multi million pound fortune. She claims: ‘Obviously they didn’t have such a close relationship because if I was in his house where the hell was she?’ ‘If I had my husband, I would make sure I knew who was coming to my house. Indeed only Jason, who filmed “Celebrity Rehab” with Uchitel, and Kathy Griffin seemed to want to be photographed with her. And her name was conspicuously missing from a list of attendees. — NY Post
