NFL stars foundation sued for $21k

George Beach of Center City’s Beach Creative Consulting is seeking $21,741.67 from the DeSean Jackson Foundation. Beach sued the foundation over alleged failure to pay for services the company provided for a gala event last May. Beach’s attorney, Demetrius Parrish, told us yesterday that his client gave the foundation, which made a deposit of $8,469, a discount off what had originally been agreed to, but then received a payment of $13,365.38 – $5,000 short of what was invoiced. Parrish says the charity, which benefits prostate cancer research, “unilaterally cut the fee,” and decided to pay a lesser amount. –  Philadelphia Daily News
