Spurs player files lawsuit against computer repair company?

San Antonio Spurs forward Bruce Bowen and his family has filed a lawsuit against a computer repair company, claiming it compromised his personal and financial information, according to News 4 WOAI.

In the lawsuit, Bowen claims his personal home computer was not working properly last summer, so he took the computer to the company, Computer Nerdz. A copy of the service order from that day, signed by Bowen, was enclosed in the lawsuit.

A Computer Nerdz employee told Bowen his computer’s hard drive was so damaged, it could not be repaired. But then two months later, Bowen got a call from a stranger about his computer, the lawsuit states.
