Old rule book to set record for sports memorabilia value?

It sure beats those rookie Mickey Mantle baseball cards. Experts believe the oldest known book dictating the rules of soccer will set a new record paid for sports memorabilia. The NY POST reports high powered oil sheiks from the Middle East could spend more than $5 million at auction for the commandments of the world’s most popular sport. The book will become the centerpiece for the 2022 World Cup Games to be played in Qatar. The bidding starts off at a cool $2 million dollars.
