The NY POST reports high powered oil sheiks from the Middle East could spend more than $5 million at auction for the commandments of the world’s most popular sport. The book will become the centerpiece for the 2022 World Cup Games to be played in Qatar. The bidding starts off at a cool $2 million dollars.
