Troy Tulowitzki is good friends with Brewers star Ryan Braun, leading some to think he helped convince the slugger to stay in Milwaukee. DENVER POST reports that Tulo insists he didn’t convince Braun to sign the long-term deal with the Brew Crew.
“Sometimes you get in a situation and everything feels right. You don’t want to leave,” said Tulowitzki, who, like Braun, is signed through 2020 as the face of his franchise.
