March Madness is the second biggest sports postseason event for advertisers, according to AD WEEK sitting research from Kantar Media. CBS received $613.8 million in ad sales revenue during the 2010 NCAA Div. I Men’s Basketball Tournament. General Motors was the top advertiser with $47.2 million in sponsor money on last years tournament. The NFL’s playoffs and Super Bowl are the only U.S. sporting events that earned more sponsor dollars last year.
