Cowboys star broke NCAA rules with jewelry

Dez Bryant is believed to have broken NCAA rules while playing football at Oklahoma State. DALLAS MORNING NEWS reports the Dallas Cowboys player received close to $200,000 in jewelry, on credit, while at the school. That would most likely break NCAA amateurs rules.. Kevin Fite, associate AD for compliance at Okie State explained the rules.

“Receiving benefits or loans based on potential earnings is a violation,” Fite said. “We’re going to look at it, and any information we need to provide to the NCAA, we will.”
