Seattle Mariners ace Cliff Lee (8-3, 2.34 ERA) is expected to be traded before the July 31st trade deadline. He could end up with AL West rival Texas, according to odds posted from our friends at Bodog.com.
Lee would become the No. 1 starter on a Rangers staff lead by C.J. Wilson and Colby Lewis. Rookie Tommy Hunter has pitched well so far with a 5-0 record and a 1.98 ERA. Rich Harden who was supposed to be on top of the Texas rotation is on the 15 day DL with a 5.68 ERA.
Whichever team lands Lee, becomes a strong bet to at least get to the league championship series. He’s that dominant right now
Who will Cliff Lee be traded to before the trade deadline July 31st, 2010?
Texas Rangers 5/2
Minnesota Twins 7/2
New York Mets 7/2
New York Yankees 11/2
Philadelphia Phillies 11/2
